We understand that accidents can happen. To protect the property during your stay, you can choose one of the following options: Security Deposit – A higher, refundable amount that will be returned to you if no damage occurs during your stay. Please note: refunds can take up to 14 days depending on your bank or card provider and the deposit amount varies depending on the size of the property Damage Waiver – A lower, one-time non-refundable fee that helps cover minor accidental damage or general wear and tear.
